Supported assets are determined by the wallet and cashier. Always use the asset and network currently shown there before sending funds.

SOL and native USDC on Solana only Do not send BTC, ETH, USDT, bridged USDC, or assets on another network. Sending an unsupported asset or using an incorrect network or address may result in permanent loss.

Currently supported

We accept SOL and native USDC deposits on Solana. Withdrawals are SOL only. This matches the current wallet/cashier flow and Solana payment configuration in the application.

USDC deposits are valued at 1 USD per USDC and credited to your SOL balance using the SOL/USD rate at confirmation. The conversion rate is recorded with the deposit. Your balance then follows SOL's value.

Unsupported examples

  • Bitcoin (BTC).
  • Ethereum mainnet ETH or ERC-20 tokens.
  • USDT, bridged USDC, and stablecoins other than native USDC on Solana.
  • BNB Chain, Tron, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, or other networks.
  • Wrapped assets, bridged assets, NFTs, memecoins, or tokens not shown in the cashier.

If you already sent the wrong asset

Contact support with the transaction signature, asset, network, amount, destination address, sending platform, and time sent. Recovery may not be possible, and unsupported or wrong-network transfers may result in permanent loss.
