Deposits & withdrawals
This practical guide explains how SOL deposits and withdrawals work, what to check before sending funds, and what to do when a payment is missing or delayed.

Current deposit bonuses and wagering
Each deposit is matched against the ranges below using its USD value when credited. The minimum is included; the upper limit is excluded. Only one matching bonus applies.
Choose individual deposit bonuses or turn all of them off in Wallet or the deposit window. Your choices are checked when a deposit is credited. They do not set a minimum payment or change bonuses already credited. A deposit without a bonus still has the standard 1× deposit playthrough.
- $100 to under $500: 50% match, no bonus cap. Required wagering = (deposit + bonus) × 10.
- $500 to under $1000: 100% match, no bonus cap. Required wagering = (deposit + bonus) × 10.
- $1000 or more: 150% match, no bonus cap. Required wagering = (deposit + bonus) × 1.
When does withdrawal unlock?
Bonus funds stay locked while wagering remains. Wallet shows your cash, locked bonus, required wagering, completed wagering and the amount left. Eligible settled stakes count toward wagering; canceled or refunded bets do not. Each stake is counted once.
Withdrawals stay blocked until all active wagering requirements are complete. Completing wagering unlocks the remaining bonus balance, not bonus funds already spent. The terms shown on a credited reward stay attached to it when future offers change. Other account and withdrawal checks still apply.
Friend referrals and deposit bonuses
Both friends receive a 100% match of the referred friend's first qualifying deposit. Minimum qualifying deposit: $0. No maximum referral bonus. Wagering is 10x: deposit plus bonus for the referred friend, bonus only for the referrer. Both friends must have made a real deposit before either reward is credited.
A referral can be used once per account. Link signup and Add referral code use the same deal. A qualifying referral takes priority over regular deposit bonuses, with no stacking on that deposit. Deposit bonus switches apply to regular deposit tiers; they do not cancel a referral. Later deposits can receive a matching regular bonus if it is enabled.
Current supported payment flow
We accept SOL and native USDC deposits on Solana. Withdrawals are SOL only. Use the wallet or cashier to view the current deposit address, withdrawal form, minimums, fees, and availability.
Crypto transactions are irreversible. Always verify the asset, network, address, amount, and exchange or wallet fees before confirming a transfer.
Before you deposit
- Sign in through an official Gambl domain, open the wallet/cashier, and copy the current deposit address directly from the deposit screen.
- Select SOL or native USDC as the asset in your wallet or exchange, matching the deposit QR selection.
- Select the Solana network. Do not select Ethereum, BNB Chain, Bitcoin, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Tron, or any other network.
- Compare the complete pasted address, or at minimum several characters at both ends, to protect against clipboard replacement malware.
- Use a QR code only when it is displayed inside the official cashier and verify the decoded address before approving.
- Do not add a memo, tag, reference, or token account unless the current cashier or receiving service explicitly requires it.
- Check the displayed minimum and send a small test amount first if you are unsure; amounts below a minimum may not be credited automatically.
- Save the transaction hash or Solana signature after sending.
- Keep enough SOL in your sending wallet for network fees.
How deposits are credited
A deposit must be visible on Solana, receive network confirmation, and then pass internal crediting before it appears in your Gambl balance. Confirmation and internal processing times may vary.
During temporary maintenance or unexpected incidents, balances and payment records remain tracked to the extent available. Processing resumes when safe and available.
How to withdraw
- Open the wallet/cashier withdrawal area from an official Gambl session.
- In the receiving wallet or exchange, choose Receive or Deposit, select SOL, and select the Solana network.
- Copy a current Solana receiving address that you control or are authorized to use; never copy one from a message or old screenshot.
- Paste the address into Gambl and compare it again with the receiving screen, including the first and last characters.
- Enter the amount and review the available balance, minimum, maximum, fee, and estimated final receive amount shown at submission.
- If the destination is new or the amount is significant to you, consider a small test withdrawal first.
- Complete any account-security or risk-review steps, submit once, and keep the withdrawal ID or transaction signature shown.
- If sending to an exchange, confirm that it currently accepts native SOL on Solana and whether its account requires a memo, confirmations, or other deposit steps.
Understanding withdrawal status
- Pending or under review means the request has not necessarily been broadcast to Solana.
- Processing means checks or signing/broadcast preparation may still be underway; do not create duplicate requests.
- Submitted or sent should include a Solana signature once the transaction is broadcast.
- Confirmed means the transfer succeeded on-chain; a receiving exchange may still take additional time to credit it.
- Rejected, cancelled, or returned means the request did not complete as entered; review the reason and your available balance before trying again.
Why withdrawals may be delayed
Withdrawals may be delayed by security checks, account review, maintenance, Solana congestion, wallet/provider issues, centralized exchange reviews, compliance checks, or incorrect recipient details.
A withdrawal status may change from pending to submitted or confirmed after internal processing and blockchain broadcast. If a dispute or review is involved, contact support.
Missing deposit troubleshooting
- Confirm that you sent SOL or native USDC on the Solana network.
- Check the destination address against the exact deposit address shown in the wallet or cashier.
- Look up the Solana signature in a public explorer to see whether the transaction succeeded.
- Wait for network confirmation and internal crediting; timing may vary.
- Check whether your exchange batched, reviewed, cancelled, or delayed the withdrawal.
- Contact support with your account email or username, amount, sending platform, deposit address, time sent, and transaction signature.
Delayed withdrawal troubleshooting
- Check your wallet transaction history for the withdrawal status and any transaction signature.
- Confirm that the destination is a valid Solana address.
- Check whether the receiving exchange requires extra confirmations, review, or account verification.
- Wait during Solana congestion, maintenance, or provider incidents where applicable.
- Contact support with your account email or username, destination address, amount, request time, screenshots, and transaction signature if available.
Reviews, holds, and transaction safety
A withdrawal can be held while we review account security, fair play, wallet ownership, sanctions or AML risk, linked accounts, payment activity, or compliance information. A privacy-conscious or no-routine-KYC sign-up does not prevent targeted verification when risk or law requires it. Do not create another account or route around a review.
Never pay a supposed support agent, verification fee, tax, or unlock fee to release a withdrawal. Official support will never ask for your password, private key, seed phrase, or 2FA code.
