Current deposit bonuses and wagering

Each deposit is matched against the ranges below using its USD value when credited. The minimum is included; the upper limit is excluded. Only one matching bonus applies. Choose individual deposit bonuses or turn all of them off in Wallet or the deposit window. Your choices are checked when a deposit is credited. They do not set a minimum payment or change bonuses already credited. A deposit without a bonus still has the standard 1× deposit playthrough.

• $100 to under $500: 50% match, no bonus cap. Required wagering = (deposit + bonus) × 10.
• $500 to under $1000: 100% match, no bonus cap. Required wagering = (deposit + bonus) × 10.
• $1000 or more: 150% match, no bonus cap. Required wagering = (deposit + bonus) × 1.

When does withdrawal unlock?

Bonus funds stay locked while wagering remains. Wallet shows your cash, locked bonus, required wagering, completed wagering and the amount left. Eligible settled stakes count toward wagering; canceled or refunded bets do not. Each stake is counted once. Withdrawals stay blocked until all active wagering requirements are complete. Completing wagering unlocks the remaining bonus balance, not bonus funds already spent. The terms shown on a credited reward stay attached to it when future offers change. Other account and withdrawal checks still apply.

Friend referrals and deposit bonuses

Both friends receive a 100% match of the referred friend's first qualifying deposit. Minimum qualifying deposit: $0. No maximum referral bonus. Wagering is 10x: deposit plus bonus for the referred friend, bonus only for the referrer. Both friends must have made a real deposit before either reward is credited. A referral can be used once per account. Link signup and Add referral code use the same deal. A qualifying referral takes priority over regular deposit bonuses, with no stacking on that deposit. Deposit bonus switches apply to regular deposit tiers; they do not cancel a referral. Later deposits can receive a matching regular bonus if it is enabled.

What crypto does Gambl currently accept

Gambl accepts SOL and native USDC deposits on Solana. Both use the same deposit address. Withdrawals are SOL only.

Can I send BTC, ETH, USDT, or tokens on another network

No. Do not send unsupported assets or use the wrong network. Incorrect transfers may result in permanent loss.

How do I deposit SOL

Open the wallet or cashier, copy your deposit address, choose SOL on the Solana network in your wallet or exchange, verify the details, send, and save the transaction signature.

How long do deposits take

Deposits require Solana confirmation and internal crediting. Timing may vary due to network conditions, provider issues, maintenance, or account review.

My deposit is missing. What should I do

Check that the transaction succeeded on Solana, confirm the address and network, then contact support with your account, amount, time, deposit address, and transaction signature.

How do withdrawals work

Open the wallet, enter a valid Solana address, check amount and fees, and submit the request. Processing may include security or compliance checks where applicable.

Why is my withdrawal delayed

Withdrawals may be delayed by security checks, maintenance, Solana congestion, wallet/provider issues, centralized exchange review, or account review.

Are crypto transactions reversible

No. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Always check asset, network, address, and amount before sending.

What happens during maintenance or incidents

Balances and payment records remain tracked to the extent available, and processing resumes when safe and available. Temporary display or processing delays may occur.

How does the Ticket Raffle work

Every completed $10 staked during the active campaign earns one raffle entry. Stakes accumulate across completed casino wagers, so smaller bets can combine into a full ticket. Your current entries and progress appear in the Ticket Raffle panel on the Casino page.

What happens if I win the Ticket Raffle

The prize is credited directly to your balance and a notification is delivered to your inbox. Raffle prizes have a 1x wagering requirement: the credited prize amount must be wagered once before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

What is the casino house edge

Gambl's in-house casino games have an average theoretical house edge of 1%. Individual games and bet configurations may be above or below that average. Check the live game rules; provider games may disclose a different figure.

Does 1% house edge mean every bet loses 1%

No. Individual outcomes vary. Variance can produce short-term wins or losses that are much larger than the long-term theoretical average.

Can any strategy guarantee profit

No. Betting systems, patterns, VIP status, and promotions do not remove the house edge or guarantee winnings.

Where can I see my bets

Use the bet history or My Bets area where available. If a result looks wrong, contact support with the bet ID, game, time, amount, and screenshots.

How does VIP work

VIP progress unlocks increasingly strong rakeback and stake bonuses. Rakeback rises from 1% at Bronze to 2% Silver, 3% Gold, 4% Platinum and 5% Diamond. Bronze receives 0.5% monthly; Silver 0.6% monthly; Gold 0.7% monthly plus 0.5% weekly; Platinum receives 0.8% monthly, 0.6% weekly and 0.5% daily; Diamond receives 1% monthly, weekly and daily. Platinum IV also unlocks a private VIP host, while Diamond includes exclusive custom benefits.

Are VIP rewards guaranteed

Rakeback accrues at the rate for your VIP group. Time bonuses require qualifying activity: one settled bet in every 7-day block for a full monthly period, one settled bet every day for weekly, or 100 settled bets in a day for daily. Ineligible periods pay nothing. Rewards may be withheld or cancelled for abuse or account restrictions.

When are VIP time bonuses paid

Eligible monthly bonuses are credited automatically on the first day of the next month, weekly bonuses after the UTC week ends, and daily bonuses after the UTC day ends. New accounts can first qualify for a monthly bonus in their first full calendar month after registration. Credited bonuses carry the standard 1x playthrough before withdrawal.

How do friend referrals work

Share your Wallet referral link or code. Both friends must deposit before either receives a locked match of the referred friend's first qualifying deposit. The deal can be used once and cannot stack with a deposit match. Wallet shows current terms and wagering progress.

Can I refer myself

No. Self-referrals, fake accounts, multi-accounting, and affiliate abuse are prohibited and may lead to withheld rewards or account action.

Why can accounts be suspended or banned

Accounts and balances may be reviewed, restricted, frozen, suspended, closed, or banned where we reasonably suspect cheating, exploit abuse, bots, scripts, multi-accounting, collusion, bonus or affiliate abuse, payment manipulation, false information, unlawful funds, API abuse, evasion of controls, or another breach of the Terms. Deposits, withdrawals, winnings, bonuses, commissions, and other credits may be temporarily withheld while we investigate. Amounts connected to confirmed prohibited conduct may be voided, set off against losses or costs, returned to a verified source where appropriate, or withheld to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you believe a decision is wrong, contact support for review.

Can I dispute an account review

Yes. Contact support with your account details and a clear explanation. Do not attempt to bypass restrictions while a review is pending.

Is Gambl no KYC

Gambl is designed for no routine document-based KYC during ordinary sign-up and use. Risk-based AML, sanctions, age, location, wallet-ownership, fraud, and fair-play controls still apply, and targeted documents or source-of-funds information may be required when risk or law requires it.

Can Gambl hold my balance or withdrawal

Yes, temporarily during a reasonable security, fair-play, payment, AML, sanctions, linked-account, or Terms review. Amounts tied to confirmed prohibited conduct may be voided, returned, offset, or withheld as permitted by law. You may contact support for a good-faith review.

Are Solana transactions private

No. Solana transactions are public and permanent on-chain records that cannot be erased by Gambl.
