SOL and native USDC on Solana only Do not send BTC, ETH, USDT, bridged USDC, or assets on another network. Sending an unsupported asset or using an incorrect network or address may result in permanent loss.
Gambling risk Gambling involves risk. You must be 18+ or older where required, follow the laws that apply to you, pay any taxes you owe, and never gamble more than you can afford to lose.

Getting started

  • Create an account only if gambling is legal for you and you meet the age requirement.
  • Use accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
  • Review the Terms, Privacy Policy, payment guide, and responsible gambling page.
  • Decide your entertainment budget before depositing.

Account setup

  • Use an email account you control.
  • Keep your password unique and private.
  • Do not share your account or let anyone else place bets from it.
  • Contact support if you need help with account access, security, restrictions, or review.

Opening the wallet or cashier

  • Sign in and open the wallet/cashier from the account interface.
  • Review your balance, current supported asset, deposit address, withdrawal form, minimums, and fees.
  • Use only the current address and instructions shown in the wallet/cashier.

Depositing SOL

  • Open Gambl through an official domain and copy the current deposit address from the cashier.
  • Open your Solana wallet or exchange withdrawal page.
  • Choose SOL and the Solana network.
  • Paste the address and compare both ends with the cashier to detect clipboard replacement.
  • Check any minimum, the amount, and the sender fee; use a small test transfer if appropriate.
  • Submit once and do not send unsupported tokens to the SOL address.
  • Save the Solana transaction signature.
  • Wait for Solana confirmation and internal crediting.

Sending from Coinbase

  • Choose Send or Withdraw.
  • Paste the Gambl deposit address.
  • Confirm Solana is the selected network where Coinbase asks for a network.
  • Review amount, address, fee, and security prompts.
  • Complete Coinbase security checks and save the transaction hash/signature.
  • Coinbase may review, batch, delay, or cancel withdrawals according to its own policies.

Sending from Binance

  • Choose SOL in Binance.
  • Choose Withdraw.
  • Paste the Gambl deposit address.
  • Select the Solana network.
  • Review amount, address, network, fee, and final amount.
  • Complete Binance security checks and save the transaction hash/signature.

Sending from Phantom or Solflare

  • Open the wallet and choose Send.
  • Select SOL.
  • Paste the Gambl deposit address.
  • Check the address, amount, and network fee.
  • Approve the transaction only if all details are correct.
  • Copy the Solana signature from the wallet history if support needs it.

Checking a transaction hash

  • Copy the Solana transaction signature from your wallet or exchange.
  • Open a public Solana explorer.
  • Paste the signature and check whether the transaction succeeded.
  • Compare the destination address and amount with the Gambl deposit address and amount.
  • Provide the signature to support if the deposit or withdrawal needs review.

Placing bets

  • Choose a game and review its visible rules and payout information.
  • Enter a stake you can afford to lose.
  • Check the bet settings before submitting.
  • Understand that outcomes are random and no result is guaranteed.
  • Use bet history or My Bets to review completed bets where available.

Withdrawing

  • Open Receive or Deposit at the destination first, then choose native SOL on Solana.
  • Copy a current address you control or are authorized to use and paste it into the Gambl cashier.
  • Compare both ends of the address and check amount, fee, final receive amount, minimum, and maximum.
  • For a new destination, consider testing with a small withdrawal before moving an amount significant to you.
  • Submit once and keep the request ID; after broadcast, keep the Solana signature as independent proof.
  • Expect possible delays from review, maintenance, Solana congestion, provider issues, or exchanges.

Protecting your account and wallet

  • Bookmark an official Gambl domain and distrust sponsored search links, lookalike domains, and unsolicited direct messages.
  • Use a unique password and enable available account and email security controls.
  • Never share a password, private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or 2FA code—even with someone claiming to be support.
  • Review wallet approval prompts carefully; a normal SOL transfer should not require an unrelated token approval or unknown contract interaction.
  • Keep devices and wallet extensions updated, and stop if an address changes after pasting.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing deposit: verify SOL/Solana, address, transaction success, exchange status, and internal crediting time.
  • Delayed withdrawal: check request status, destination address, receiving exchange review, Solana congestion, and maintenance notices.
  • Game issue: save the bet ID, game name, time, stake, payout, screenshots, and browser/device details.
  • Account issue: contact support with your username or email and a clear description.

Safety and responsible play

  • Set a budget and time limit before playing.
  • Do not chase losses or gamble with borrowed money.
  • Take breaks during long sessions.
  • Stop if gambling feels stressful or hard to control.
  • Contact support for available account restrictions or responsible gambling help.
